Our entire architecture exists to keep data in your custody. This site reflects that: no tracking pixels, no advertising networks, no analytics, no behavioral profiling, and no marketing lists. We do not sell, share, or monetize visitor data — ever.
Who we are
This website (dmhfl.com, and the redirecting domains digitizemyhome.com and winterparkdossier.com) is operated by Digitize My Home LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as “DMH.” Questions about this policy: [email protected].
What we do not do
- No tracking or advertising pixels (no Meta Pixel, no Google Ads tags).
- No website analytics (no Google Analytics or equivalent).
- No tracking or advertising cookies.
- No marketing lists, no retargeting, no data sales.
The little we do receive
To operate the site honestly, a few limited touchpoints exist. We disclose all of them:
- Hosting & security (Cloudflare). Our site is served via Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare automatically processes standard request data (including IP address) at its edge for delivery, security, and abuse prevention. See Cloudflare’s privacy practices for details.
- Web fonts (Google Fonts). Pages currently load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser’s request (including IP address) reaches Google to fetch the fonts. No cookie is set by this. We are moving toward self-hosted fonts to remove this dependency.
- Contacting a Steward. If you email us (e.g., via the “Email a Steward” link), your message and email address arrive in our inbox so a human can reply. We do not add you to any list; your message is treated as private correspondence.
- Booking an Audit & Intake. The booking link opens Google Calendar’s scheduling, operated by Google under its own terms. We do not harvest contact fields on dmhfl.com; anything you enter on Google’s form (name, email, optional “how you heard about us,” and workflow priority) is processed by Google and received by us solely to schedule and prepare your session — not for marketing lists.
How we use it
Only to deliver the site, keep it secure, and respond to you. We retain correspondence and booking details only as long as needed for that purpose or our legitimate business records, and not for marketing.
Your choices
Because we don’t build profiles or lists, there is little to opt out of. You may request a copy or deletion of any correspondence you’ve sent us by emailing [email protected].
Children
This site is intended for businesses and adults; we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If our practices change, we will update this page and its “last updated” date. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
